Delaware Foot and Ankle Group, a foot and ankle care practice serving patients for more than 22 years, needed a better way to track employee time and attendance. Using an older stand-alone time clock with paper punch cards, separate spreadsheets, and manual calculations made payroll preparation slow and difficult, especially when dealing with forgotten punches and limited visibility into PTO and hours worked.
