Covercraft Industries Implements NOVAtime

Covercraft Industries, a manufacturer of automotive protection products, needed a better way to manage timekeeping across five locations for about 400 employees. Its previous system could not handle daily timekeeping, leave, or points tracking well, and supervisors could not see actual punches, leading to discrepancies. Covercraft turned to NOVAtime and its NOVAtime 4000 SaaS workforce management solution, along with NT6500 badge terminals, to improve efficiency.

NOVAtime implemented a solution that gave employees the ability to punch in from any location, even sites without a physical clock, while supervisors could approve time, manage leave balances, and track points before payroll export. The system provided clearer timecard visibility, better reporting for payroll, and smoother integration with Paycom for accurate payroll processing. Covercraft reported that NOVAtime was extremely user friendly, and the implementation was described as a success with quick employee adoption.
