Connect Staffing, Inc., a temporary staffing agency focused on long-term and temp-to-hire light industrial placements, was unhappy with the reports and customer service from its previous workforce management provider. The company chose NOVAtime’s Workforce Management / Time and Attendance SaaS solution after finding its reporting tools more customizable and easier to use.

With NOVAtime, Connect Staffing implemented cloud-based workforce management and time and attendance across more than 400 employees using five NT7000 biometric smart time clocks at multiple job sites. The new system improved reporting, made time corrections and meal premium management smoother, and helped Connect Staffing proactively manage meal and rest breaks to reduce premium pay for missed meals, while also receiving much better customer support from NOVAtime.
