American Waste Control, Inc. Upgrades to NOVAtime’s Latest Smart Time Clocks, the NT7000

American Waste Control, Inc., a waste management company in Tulsa, had been using NOVAtime 2000 with NT2000 hand punch clocks since 2003 to manage time and attendance for more than 180 employees across four locations. Over time, it wanted a more modern, efficient system that could better support supervisors with attendance, scheduling, overtime, and accrual tracking.

NOVAtime upgraded the customer to its NT7000 touchscreen smart time clocks with the NOVAtime 4000 web-based workforce management system, adding options like fingerprint, badge, and key-in punches, employee self-service, and training video playback at the clock. The result was a smoother transition to a more modern platform, with supervisors able to monitor overtime and accruals in real time, and the company reporting that it was very pleased with the changes and continued using NOVAtime successfully.
