Crown Agents Bank, a UK-regulated bank, faced challenges managing its ESG data due to inconsistent sources, limited oversight of carbon accounting, and a lack of a centralized reporting system. Using the Novata platform, including its Carbon Navigator tool, Crown Agents Bank centralized its data, tracked over 40 custom metrics, and digitized its carbon management. This solution provided the bank with improved data accuracy and ownership. As a result of implementing Novata, the bank efficiently utilized its custom reports to help achieve a Platinum status in its EcoVadis submission.
