REIT Technologies, a Westfield, Indiana IT services firm, needed a mature, reliable offsite backup solution to offer monitored backup services to its SMB clients. Using NovaStor xSP’s log reporting and notification capabilities, REIT implemented proactive log screening and customer alerts while relying on NovaStor’s responsive support and ongoing product development. The approach enabled REIT to grow to over 90 customers protecting roughly 3 TB of data, simplified administration and training, supported regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOX, SEC), and uncovered backup issues automated alerts would have missed.
