Teknos Group OY, a global coatings company from Finland, faced inefficiencies in its warehouse operations, including difficulties with order picking, inventory management, and a lack of flexibility in its existing software systems. These challenges were hindering coordination with production and creating operational delays. To address this, they partnered with vendor Novacura to implement the Novacura Flow solution.

Novacura implemented its Flow software, a low-code platform that created mobile applications on top of Teknos' existing IFS ERP system without requiring extensive modifications. The solution streamlined processes like order picking, goods receiving, and inventory counting. The results included increased warehouse performance, the removal of the need for workers to use PC workstations, and high user satisfaction. Teknos' own team learned the platform quickly and subsequently extended the solution independently to cover all warehouse processes.
