Veolia, a provider of customized technical services in real estate, energy and industry, wanted to shorten lead times, reduce errors and give customers better visibility into field work. The company chose Novacura Flow because it linked directly to its IFS business system, supported multiple systems, and allowed flows to be modified and corrected.

With Novacura Flow, Veolia sends work orders directly to engineers’ tablets, automatically assigns tasks based on availability, skills and proximity, and lets customers follow work in real time through a portal. The company says it can often process a fault report through to the invoice stage on the same day, while also freeing supervisors to spend more time on site and improving service levels.
