Aunde, a manufacturer of technical fabrics and automotive interior components, was struggling with manual data entry in IFS, misplaced tracking sheets, and human error in the production department. Only 5% of its staff were office workers, and the company needed a simpler way to handle production and logistics across two locations.

Novacura implemented Novacura Flow to support materials logistics, inbound and outbound operations, transfers, pallet handling, and service transactions while integrating with the existing ERP system. The rollout began in December 2014 and Aunde now has 40 licenses for Novacura Flow; the company says production can proceed more efficiently and office staff can focus more on planning, strategy, and cost reduction.
