Novacura Flow improves Stadium’s e-commerce processes

Stadium, Sweden’s largest sports chain, needed a way to make its growing e-commerce operation more efficient. The company wanted smart order summaries and a faster, easier way for order pickers to assemble orders, and it chose Novacura Flow rather than adapt IFS Applications.

Novacura Flow was implemented to compile orders, print picking lists in batches, and guide pickers through a smart route with carts and compartments. Stadium said it achieved an average efficiency improvement of 33 percent between April and August, increased maximum capacity, and got orders ready quicker, with little training needed for new staff.
