Ifö Sanitär, one of Scandinavia’s largest manufacturers of heating, ventilation and sanitation products, was handling production reporting manually across its plants. Truck drivers printed barcodes, reported manufacturing orders and incoming deliveries, and moved finished goods through the reporting warehouse and then the finished goods warehouse, creating a need for more efficient reporting without adding staff.

Novacura implemented completely automated barcode scanning with its process platform, integrated with IFS Applications through Novacura Flow. The robots register product stream information and send it to IFS as goods move through the warehouses, resulting in high-quality information, 24/7 operation without human intervention, improved productivity, greater control of the business, and lower costs.
