Bolix, a Polish manufacturer of building chemicals specializing in cladding systems, needed a way to better monitor and analyze business data as demand for its products grew. The company wanted a single flexible tool to analyze different processes, simplify regional sales reporting, shorten data transfer times between systems, and reduce the time its IT team spent on reporting.

Novacura implemented Qlik Sense for Bolix and built a sales application with indicators for business lines and product groups, plus analyses by region and sales representative. After three days of work on site, Bolix had a fully functional solution that supported GM1 margin analysis, comparisons of best- and worst-selling products, and management views of revenue, cumulative margin, seasonal trends, and top clients, helping the company react more quickly to problems and gain a clearer view of business relationships.
