Anticimex worked with Novacura to strengthen its organization while continuing the ongoing upgrade of IFS Applications. The company needed support in areas where it lacked certain expertise and resources, especially across technology, integrations, and project management.

Novacura has supported Anticimex for many years with tools, consultants, and IFS Applications expertise, including the upgrade to version 9 and sub-projects in Technology, Field service, and Resource planning. Anticimex is also implementing Novacura Flow to simplify integrations and replace a more expensive and complex BizTalk-based setup, with the goal of modernizing critical systems, building internal expertise, and supporting “World-class service.”
