Framatome, a global leader in nuclear reactor technology, faced the challenge of sourcing cutting-edge European startups to enhance repeatability and predictive analytics in its additive manufacturing processes. To achieve its ambitious goals for workflow optimization and quality assurance, it partnered with vendor Novable for a tailored startup scouting service.

Novable implemented a human-validated scouting process, identifying 135 companies and personally contacting 40 high-potential matches. This resulted in 30 successful applications and culminated in a Booster Day event where 10 selected startups presented their solutions to Framatome and its strategic partners. The collaboration was highly successful, with Framatome specifically praising the exceptional quality of the participating companies.
