A Notix Case Study
RoboMarkets, a European broker, wanted to add push notifications to its existing marketing mix to strengthen customer communication and build trust in the financial niche. The company joined Notix in March 2021 with the goal of focusing on web push, growing a subscriber database, and managing most of the activity through a self-service platform.
Using Notix, RoboMarkets implemented retargeting pixels, audience segmentation, browser-language and OS targeting, and emoji-rich notifications to keep messages relevant and native. The results included a database of 198,000 subscribers, an average click-through rate of 2.4%, and top campaign CTRs of 4%–5%, while the customer reported seamless integration and strong support from Notix.
