Notify Technology partnered with Safer Highways to tackle the significant under-reporting of vehicle incursions and roadworker abuse. The challenge was to provide a digital and accessible way for workers to easily and quickly report these dangerous incidents from any location.

The solution was a customized version of Notify's Incident Management platform and mobile app, which allowed for detailed on-the-spot reporting with GPS, photos, and dropdown menus. Notify Technology's system enabled instant, high-priority alerts for serious incidents and provided management dashboards to analyze data and drive investigations. This led to a significant increase in reported incidents, including serious cases, helping to improve safety and identify sites needing further support.
