Staatsloterij, one of the largest gaming organizations in the Netherlands, wanted to modernize its mobile marketing as online and app usage grew. To do that, it chose Notificare as its mobile marketing platform, looking for a Dutch partner that could help it move beyond generic app messages and toward more relevant, location-based communication.

With Notificare, Staatsloterij implemented push notifications, segmentation, geofencing, and iBeacons in its app, including pilot beacons in 20 shops across the Netherlands. This allowed the company to send more personalized alerts such as draw results, regional prize announcements, and tailored offers, while also supporting future in-app ticket purchases. Staatsloterij said Notificare was easy to integrate and use, and praised its support and strategic guidance, though the case study did not provide specific quantitative results.
