Lowell Community Health Center (Lowell CHC) partnered with Notable to improve patient access and health equity during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a federally qualified community health center serving a diverse population in Greater Lowell, Massachusetts, Lowell CHC needed a better way to identify and engage eligible patients for vaccine outreach, especially since more than 40% of its patients are not native English speakers.
Using Notable’s intelligent automation platform, Lowell CHC digitized and automated patient identification, multilingual outreach, scheduling, and pre-visit intake for COVID-19 vaccine distribution. The result was stronger engagement and efficiency, including a 98% intake completion rate in multiple languages, 5,000+ digital intake completions, a 96% patient satisfaction rating, and more than 3/4 of vaccinated patients being people of color.
