SALA SUSU boosts profits 5x with NOSIGNER

The customer, SALA SUSU, is a Cambodian women's empowerment brand launched with the International NGO Kamonohashi Project. Their challenge was that the profits from their "Community Factory" products were insufficient, leading to an unsustainable model for supporting women's independence. The vendor, NOSIGNER, was engaged for comprehensive creative direction and branding services.

NOSIGNER designed a brand strategy focused on creating a relationship between the Cambodian makers and the product buyers. This included a system where each maker stamps their name on product tags and an invitation for buyers to visit the workshop. They also designed security-focused functional products like the "3-Day Trip Tote." This solution generated five times the previous profits, leading to the formation of a new corporation and earning high appraisal from the Cambodian government for promoting the social advancement of women.
