Regional Management switches to Nortridge and wins

Regional Management Corp. (RMC) is a diversified consumer finance company with a nationwide branch network that was hampered by a legacy loan system that lacked integrations, automatic credit scoring, efficient cash tracking and electronic payment capabilities. After spending months defining requirements, RMC selected Nortridge Software’s Nortridge Loan System (NLS) to modernize underwriting, improve credit performance, accept electronic payments, and enable better borrower communication.

Nortridge Software, working with Nortridge Consulting Services, implemented NLS and built an automated underwriting risk analysis and decision matrix, along with cash-drawer and branch management, reporting/analytics, workflows and electronic payments. The solution improved operational efficiency and turnaround, enabled RMC to open eight new branches in Virginia in early 2016 and begin roll-out to the remaining 339 branches, and contributed to 1+ day delinquencies falling to their lowest level since RMC went public in 2012.
