CIG Financial, an indirect automobile finance company headquartered in Irvine, Calif., was constrained by a true legacy loan-servicing system that was nearly impossible to update, preventing growth and limiting their ability to service loans effectively. To modernize operations, CIG Financial selected Nortridge Software and its NLS platform to replace the outdated system.

Using Nortridge Software’s NLS, CIG implemented rich data fields, an open back-end database, and workflow tools for specialized servicing (bankruptcy, insurance loss events, consumer litigation, repossessions), and moved amortization of origination fee income into NLS to eliminate manual reports. Since going live on January 1, 2014, CIG has seen immediate efficiency gains—fewer keystrokes, real-time feedback for staff, and measurable improvements in productivity and accountability across teams.
