Dare County Department of Health & Human Services needed web-based software for its adult services team that could support mobile and office-based work. The result was faster onboarding, more refined processes, and quicker reports and intakes because workers could complete tasks in the moment. Staff also valued the in-app videos and support tools, which made learning and referencing the system easy.
