Houston County Department of Human Services, through its Adult and Disabilities Services team, needed a better way to manage heavy clerical workloads and time-consuming processes. Social worker Lynnsey Standahl said she struggled to find time to get everything done in the hours available, which kept her from focusing as much as she wanted on helping clients.

Northwoods implemented Traverse to help the agency capture case notes in real time, complete assessments more efficiently, and reduce after-hours paperwork. With Northwoods and Traverse, Lynnsey said she saves about 45 minutes to an hour per meeting, feels more caught up and at ease, and has more time to set up visits and stay current on MN Choices assessments.
