NWA Quality Analyst Goes Global For Better Nutrition

Fortitech, the world leader in custom nutrient premixes for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical customers, faced the challenge of maintaining uniform testing and manufacturing methods across multiple global sites while meeting strict regulatory and customer quality requirements. To address this, Fortitech standardized on Northwest Analytics’ NWA Quality Analyst as its SPC charting, analysis, and documentation tool.

Northwest Analytics deployed NWA Quality Analyst at Fortitech’s U.S., Mexico and Brazil facilities (with Denmark and Malaysia planned), standardizing SPC charts and workflows to speed training, simplify facility onboarding, and enable side‑by‑side auditing. The implementation produced much shorter customer audits, more consistent batches, reduced manual data entry and associated errors, and laid the groundwork for LIMS integration and consolidated SPC reporting — strengthening customer confidence and operational consistency.
