Turo, a peer-to-peer car rental marketplace, faced an unsustainable training model as it expanded: onboarding was unscripted, verbally delivered by trainers across three US and two international locations, making consistent scale difficult. Training Specialist Debra Swinson led the effort and selected Northpass to address these challenges.

Turo implemented the Northpass learning platform, whose intuitive UI allowed Debra to build curriculum independently and enabled training to be delegated or completed by trainees on their own. Using Northpass, Turo trained new hires far more efficiently and scaled the team 4x over the past year — growth Debra says would have been impossible without Northpass.
