Health Current, Arizona’s premier health information exchange (HIE), struggled to scale consistent onboarding and training for a geographically dispersed mix of employees and partner healthcare providers. With no way to standardize content, track learner progress, or ensure knowledge retention, Health Current engaged Northpass to provide a flexible, easy-to-use digital learning platform (LMS) to meet those needs.

Northpass implemented a mobile-friendly, scalable LMS that let Health Current rapidly build and distribute courses for both ongoing employees and one-time partner learners. As a result, Health Current now publishes new courses weekly, has trained over 25,000 HCPs in Arizona, and achieved an 87% decrease in malware and phishing incidents (reducing incidents from about 80% to 10%), while improving rollout speed and standardized, trackable training outcomes.
