AgriWebb Increases Adoption of its Livestock Enterprise Management Solution

AgriWebb, a livestock enterprise management SaaS, needed a scalable way to train farmers and other stakeholders because its feature-rich product carried a steep learning curve and one-to-one training was becoming logistically impossible and costly—especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. To solve this, AgriWebb partnered with Northpass to build AgriWebb Academy, an online learning hub powered by Northpass’ platform and support.

Using Northpass’ authoring tools, UI, embedding options and Customer Success/Implementation help, AgriWebb launched segmented short courses, learning paths and badges that fit farmers’ schedules and roles. Northpass enabled the academy to go live in weeks and drove measurable impact: product adoption increased 26% for customers who took related courses, onboarding engagement improved (of 1.5k trialists, 6% completed a course before trial end and 43.6% after), and customers now have more meaningful product conversations.
