Northern Commerce helped AlgaeCal, a leader in premium bone-health supplements, overcome the challenge of integrating its new BigCommerce storefront with multiple platforms including Salesforce, Maropost, Ordergroove, and PCI Pal. The goal was to reduce the complexity of tools for its customer service team and allow order management to happen entirely within Salesforce.

The solution implemented by Northern Commerce involved launching a new headless BigCommerce digital experience and creating a custom Symfony middleware application. This integration streamlined vendor approvals for B2B and enabled AlgaeCal's team to process orders and returns in real-time within Salesforce. The project resulted in AlgaeCal's team gaining complete visibility into the entire customer experience, allowing them to service orders, update subscriptions, and securely order on behalf of customers.
