The solution implemented by North Highland was the design and launch of an enterprise-wide AI community and a four-phase innovation framework. This approach brought together cross-functional teams to ideate and activate AI-enabled solutions for real business challenges. As a result, North Highland helped the client establish a 1,400+ member community spanning 35 business units, which boosted AI adoption to 53% enterprise-wide within six months. This generated 20 new AI ideas, with 25% entering product development, and 77% of contributors immediately applying their new skills to their daily work.
