To address this, St1 partnered with vendor Nortal to leverage their Data and AI services to rebuild its data foundation.

Nortal designed and built a scalable, domain-driven Data & Analytics Platform (DAAP) on Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Power BI. The solution enabled real-time decision-making, unlocking new business use cases such as identifying high-value customers in real time and significantly improving customer service transparency and problem resolution. Nortal's approach also established a future-proof governance and operating model, positioning St1 for an AI-ready future.
