SHL exits data centres on time and on budget with Nordcloud

SHL, a global leader in HR technology, faced the challenge of digitalizing its business post-divestiture. They needed to migrate all services from their own data centers to the cloud to reduce latency for customers, cut Microsoft licensing costs, and increase developer productivity. They partnered with Nordcloud and chose Amazon Web Services (AWS) as their cloud platform to achieve these goals.

Nordcloud implemented the solution by first deploying an upskilling program for SHL's team and building a core "landing zone" infrastructure in AWS. They then supported the mass migration of environments and built a new CI/CD pipeline. As a result, SHL successfully exited its data centers on time and on budget. Nordcloud's involvement helped SHL adopt DevOps principles, reduce time to market, and significantly cut their post-migration AWS spend.
