NHS England faced the challenge of accelerating cloud adoption across its highly federated organization of over 220 independent trusts, all at different stages of digital maturity. Nordcloud co-created the CCoE, which developed a cloud strategy, a maturity assessment framework, and a service portal for trusts. The solution also involved consolidating over 350 cloud accounts into a single, secure platform on AWS and Azure. This partnership resulted in a 40% reduction in cloud costs, a 35% improvement in security scores, and provided a scalable foundation for the NHS's ongoing cloud transformation.
