MedHelp, a healthcare provider in Sweden, was using AWS and wanted to move the next stage of its cloud journey by taking platform administration in-house. The company needed to close a digital skills gap so its teams could work more effectively with cloud technologies and increase innovation velocity. Nordcloud delivered a three-course AWS training track for a team of 10 experts, combining instructor-led sessions, group exercises, and hands-on labs, alongside skills analysis and help embedding new ways of working into daily operations. As a result, MedHelp filled its skills gaps, successfully took over platform administration, and improved agility and innovation speed, gaining greater ongoing value from the cloud.
