Mersenne, a company supporting leaders in print, packaging, supply chain, and retail, was running Magento on on-premise servers managed in-house. Nordcloud designed a Magento architecture on Google Kubernetes Engine and added supporting Google Cloud services such as Cloud SQL, Cloud Memorystore, Stackdriver, Filestore, Google CDN, and a load balancer. By building a scalable caching layer without refactoring Magento, Nordcloud helped Mersenne significantly improve performance, including a 50% reduction in Largest Contentful Paint, 35% lower First Input Delay, and 100% improvement in Cumulative Layout Shift.
