Lily Edit, part of A-lehdet in Finland, wanted to expand the Lily.fi blog community with a new fashion-only portal—the first of its kind in the Finnish market. Nordcloud helped design and build the service, with the key challenge of giving journalists easy-to-use tools for quality content while allowing external bloggers to either keep their own platforms or move to the new Lily Edit platform.

Nordcloud delivered the concept design and development in close cooperation with A-lehdet’s editorial and technical teams, using a one-month proof of concept, two-week development cycles, and beta testing. The solution focused on a modular structure, improved content creation tools, and updated CSS styling. Lily Edit launched successfully, quickly gained a loyal user base, and content production became much easier; Nordcloud also helped achieve a 30–50% faster load time.
