Building a sales channel for HappyorNot

HappyOrNot, a global leader in instant customer and employee satisfaction reporting, wanted to test a new digital sales channel in its direct sales market in Finland. Nordcloud was brought in to create a webshop with minimal technological investment and minimal added workload, using Amazon cloud services.

Nordcloud implemented a maintenance-free web store with AWS serverless technologies, embedded in WordPress and integrated with Salesforce CRM and Authorize.net payments. The solution enabled scalable, pay-as-you-use infrastructure, near real-time updates to pricing and vouchers from CRM, and automatic capture of unfinished sessions for follow-up, helping HappyOrNot launch quickly and improve the customer experience.
