Streat Feast - Customer Case Study

The customer, Streat Feast, a UK-based food concession company, faced the challenge of ensuring the safety of traders and customers at their events during the pandemic while still providing an authentic street food experience. They partnered with the vendor NOQ to implement its contactless ordering app as a solution.

NOQ implemented its app for order placement and payment, removing the need for physical queues and contact. For Streat Feast, a specific operational model was used where all vendor menus were clustered into a single app and orders were delivered by runners to a central collection hub. This resulted in an operationally smooth event with excellent customer satisfaction. Following a successful pilot, Streat Feast committed to rolling out the NOQ click & collect solution across all the public shows it manages.
