Techem znaki, part of BP Techem S.A., needed a functional B2B online store built on the nopCommerce platform with a customized responsive theme, individualized customer roles with independent pricing for thousands of customers, and full integration with SAP Business One. The core challenge was delivering per-customer pricing for several thousand published customer roles and working prices without degrading store performance.

Using nopCommerce (with a tailored plugin and SAP Business One integration), the team implemented the custom design, created the per-customer role pricing system, and built a test environment for ERP integration; when the large number of customer-specific prices caused slow operations, they optimized database queries and keys to restore and improve speed.
