Szop is a UK online store selling Polish groceries that engaged a redesign to fix credit-card payment issues, improve user experience, and add advanced functionality. The project was built on the nopCommerce e-commerce platform, with priorities including payment gateway integration, richer product information, streamlined account access and promotional features.

Using nopCommerce, TMotions delivered a responsive, mobile-friendly redesign with promotional sections and ribbons, customized product pages, SagePay server-to-server payment integration (including saved-card support), postcode-based delivery slots, editable pending orders and a loyalty program using nopCommerce reward points. The changes drove a 70% increase in orders, a 20% rise in customers and a 17% growth in average order value within the first year.
