Open for Vintage from 2 to 65 boutiques globally in just one year

Open for Vintage, a luxury preowned fashion marketplace, needed a platform to aggregate independent boutiques worldwide and handle complex logistics, curation, multi-currency pricing and vendor management. To meet these needs the project was built using nopCommerce as the underlying e-commerce platform with custom development to support a multi-vendor, curated marketplace.

Using nopCommerce, developer Seriun delivered custom integrations (DHL fulfillment, Pixelz image post-production, Intelligent Reach product imports, Affilient affiliate marketing), vendor commission/reporting, auto currency pricing, a place-bid/make-offer feature and a dedicated vendor portal for listings, orders and shipments. The result: launched in 2016 with boutiques in two markets and grew to 65 boutiques across 12 international markets within a year, thousands of one-off items, an average order value of £700+, Startups 100 recognition and coverage in Vogue, E! and The Huffington Post.
