Kizomba Rooms Uniting a Global Community With Help of a New Web-portal

Kizomba Rooms is a global portal for Kizomba, Semba and UrbanKiz fans that needed a site built from scratch to list events worldwide, with differentiated user access for admins, complex database search and filters, and easy event submission. The project was implemented using nopCommerce (version 4.0) as the platform.

TMotions built the site on nopCommerce 4.0 using out-of-the-box functionality plus a custom theme and modules: role-based access, a custom “Create An Event” submission module, enhanced search filters (event type, location and distance), event pages with Google Maps, registration with city/postal code capture and Facebook authentication. The solution, powered by nopCommerce, met the client’s goals, uniting the community across 15 countries and growing to tens of thousands of users (about +50 new users every week).
