A nopCommerce Case Study
Harman Russia, the regional office of audio leader Harman (JBL, AKG, Harman/Kardon), set out to boost revenue and customer loyalty by redesigning and scaling its online store. The challenge included redesigning the site, expanding internet and CRM marketing tools, adding delivery and pickup options, and fixing performance bottlenecks from non‑optimal code and insufficient hardware. The project leveraged nopCommerce-based omnichannel solutions (with ISDK as the implementation partner) and planned a migration to nopCommerce 4.x.
ISDK implemented a step‑by‑step program—adding Google Tag Manager, global retargeting, CPA network and CRM integrations, user tracking, expanded promotions and shipping options (PickPoint, MaxiPost, CSE), SEO/UI/UX and mobile optimizations, plus database indexing, code changes and server caching improvements. The result: significantly better search rankings, increased recurring visits and orders, a fourfold quarter-on-quarter growth in order numbers, roughly 50% more users each year, and a monthly audience rise by several tens of thousands; nopCommerce is slated to be the platform for the site refresh and future growth.
