Digital exchange marketplace for industrial challenges

AVEVA, a global leader in industrial engineering and information management software, needed a convenient portal to educate customers and partners, present partner software and services for download, and keep partner content creation in partners’ hands while AVEVA retained oversight. The project also required tracking all activity and synchronizing updates with AVEVA’s CRM, training site, and corporate website. AVEVA engaged a nopCommerce Gold solution partner and selected the nopCommerce platform to power the initiative.

Irvine Software Company built the Digital Exchange marketplace using nopCommerce as the underlying engine, handling Azure configuration, deployment, custom UI/UX, a KPI dashboard, and HubSpot CRM integration. They also created a role‑based “Loading Dock” workflow for partner uploads and approvals. Launched in October 2017, the site improved partner relations, ensured vendor offers are reviewed and qualified before publishing, synchronized catalog data with AVEVA’s corporate site, and funneled tracked leads into HubSpot as sales‑qualified opportunities.
