Caremarket, one of Greece’s largest online supermarkets with tens of thousands of products and customers, needed a mobile-first redesign that prioritized UX, a minimal-click checkout, personalized browsing, and complex back-end work including migrating 50,000 SKUs and ERP integration. They engaged nopCommerce (implemented by NopServices) to rebuild the store on the nopCommerce platform and handle data migration and system synchronization.

NopServices implemented a responsive, UX-focused nopCommerce site with a custom menu, personalization section, shopping lists, AJAX filters and sorting, and a custom Elastic Search plugin; they migrated 50,000 products via SSIS, integrated the ERP through web services, and developed four plugins. As a result—delivered on the nopCommerce platform—Caremarket saw reduced bounce rates, higher conversion and sales, about 5,000 unique visitors per day, 30–40 new customers daily, and 50% longer time on site.
