Cottrell Printing, a family-owned Denver print business serving customers for over 50 years, needed to strengthen its online presence during the pandemic. The new portal successfully transitioned more than 40 existing customers, improved client engagement and confidence, and modernized manual processes, though formal ROI figures are still pending for phase two.
