Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Co., a 57-year-old, market-leading real estate agency in the Florida Keys with six offices spanning more than 100 miles, struggled with fragmented communication, inconsistent access to updated resources, calendar coordination, multiple logins, and tiered access requirements. To unify their distributed teams they evaluated off‑the‑shelf options and selected Noodle’s intranet software for its features, price, and deployment flexibility.

Noodle delivered a centralized intranet (implemented with advisory help from Vialect) that provides a bulletin‑board home page, merged calendars, office- and function-specific sections, private user spaces, Memo Manager for group messaging, and automatic sign‑on links to transactional systems.
