Essex County Library, a multi-branch public library in Southern Ontario offering a wide range of community services, faced major internal communication and knowledge-management problems: staff were printing multiple paper manuals, procedures were hard to find, and productivity was being lost. Library representatives Pat Knight and Janet Woodbridge engaged with Vialect about using Noodle as an intranet solution to replace paper, improve accessibility, and provide searchable, centralized procedure documentation.
