Nomtek partnered with PicturePilot, which helps people communicate through drawing, to create a mobile app. PicturePilot's founder wanted to extend his in-person workshop experience, allowing people to learn to draw anywhere, but needed to validate the technical feasibility and build an MVP within a tight timeline.

Nomtek first conducted a feasibility workshop and a proof-of-concept using Flutter to validate the technology. They then refined the scope and developed the PicturePilot mobile app using an agile Scrum process. The successful MVP became a key part of PicturePilot's sales pitch, helping to open important conversations with partners and investors and test the product idea in the market.
