Offline and online data combined in one Customer Data Platform

Jaarbeurs, the Dutch exhibition and convention centre, needed a way to unify customer data across 80+ events per year and connect online and offline touchpoints into a Single Customer View. The complexity of managing visitors and exhibitors across many fairs created a heavy operational burden for data analysis and customer engagement.

Nominow implemented its operational Customer Data Platform (CDP) to integrate 11 data sources, including the data warehouse, and automatically cleanse, enrich, and sync profiles in real time across websites, offline touchpoints, and magazines. As a result, Jaarbeurs reduced the workload for data analysis, improved marketing efficiency, and increased engagement rates through more personalized email campaigns.
