Sdu Uitgevers, a publisher of professional information for the judicial, fiscal and government sectors, had moved from print to multi‑channel digital delivery and needed a central customer database to reliably service subscribers’ “any time, any place” needs. After prior attempts with other suppliers, Sdu Uitgevers engaged Nominow to provide a consolidated customer platform and single source of truth.

Nominow used an agile/scrum approach to build a central customer database that aggregates data from ERP Vista, the Data Warehouse and CRM eDeal, with real‑time and daily retrieval, deduplication, cleansing and algorithmic enrichment, then feeds updated records back into the source systems. The Nominow solution delivered a 360‑degree customer view, centralized infrastructure for improved subscriber servicing and a foundation for connecting additional data sources.
